Job summary

Fair-Logistics seeks an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate levels of orthopedic products and related supplies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming inventory, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and help with replenishment and kit assembly. Strong attention to detail and experience with inventory systems are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience in inventory control or related fields.
  • Experience with inventory systems and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records for orthopedic inventory using management systems.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming inventory against PO's and specs.
  • Perform cycle counts and audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
  • Track inventory movement between locations and ensure proper labeling and storage.
  • Assist with replenishment, assembly of kits, and preparation for shipment.
