OrthoVirginia, Virginia's premier orthopedic practice, invites fellowship-trained, board-certified or eligible hand surgeons to join our Richmond, VA team. The role offers a direct pathway to ownership within a private practice setting.

• Participate in a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician with potential ancillary revenues.
• Engage in general orthopedic call as part of a private practice/partnership track.

About OrthoVirginia:

OrthoVirginia is the premier orthopedic practice in the state of Virginia. We have specialists in physiatry, general orthopedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand and foot & ankle surgery, rheumatology, sports medicine-trained primary care physicians, and physical and occupational therapy. We also have MRI, injection suites, after-hoursclinics, surgery centers, and expanded therapy services.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy.

This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity. As such, candidates should be prepared to participate in general orthopediccall.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Hand Surgery

Common Procedures:

• Carpal tunnel release
• Trigger finger release
• Hand and wrist fracture repair
• Tendon repair and reconstruction
• Nerve repair and decompression
• Joint replacement (hand and wrist)
• Ligament reconstruction
• Treatment of arthritis in the hand and wrist
• Microsurgery
• Management of congenital hand conditions

Compensation Range for this position:

$275,000 - $325,000
