OrthoVirginia, the premier orthopedic/musculoskeletal practice in Virginia, has opportunities for fellowship-trained, board-certified/board-eligible Hand Surgeons to join our Richmond, VA practice.

The role collaborates with general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma teams in a 100% outpatient setting with a pathway to shareholding and potential ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Hand Surgery.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Hand Surgery preferred.
• MD or DO degree and Virginia licensure/eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma.
• Provide hand surgery care in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Participate in the partnership track and potential ancillary revenue opportunities.

We also have MRI, injection suites, after-hours clinics, surgery centers, and expanded therapy services.Position Overview: The successful candidate will work alongside specialists in general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma. Our practice offers a direct pathway to becoming a shareholding physician and the potential for participation in ancillary revenues such as imaging and physical therapy.This is a private practice/partnership track opportunity.
