Dental Health Associates of Madison, LTD is hiring a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to rotate between our Fitchburg and Gammon locations, working a 4-day week with a consistent schedule. You will support Dr.

Ammar Alsamawi and contribute to a team‑oriented practice that values people over quotas. Preferred candidates have orthodontic experience or familiarity with orthodontic procedures; high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a dental assistant program is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory.
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Take dental x-rays and impressions following safety protocols.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Foster a positive patient experience through excellent care and communication.

Dental Health Associates (DHA) is hiring a full-time Orthodontic Assistant that will rotate between 2 of our clinics in Madison, WI to join our award-winning team. This position will support Dr. Ammar Alsamawi with a rotating schedule between our Fitchburg and Gammon locations. This is a 4-day a week ortho assistant position, offering a consistent weekly day off and a predictable schedule you can count on.

Key Responsibilities

• Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
