Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, providers and the care team.
• Guide patients through the healthcare journey and explain plans.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks.
• Document visits, history, procedures and plans accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling, triage calls and paperwork.
• Assist with disability/FMLA paperwork and prescriptions.
