Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Active nursing license and BLS certification
• Progressive management experience in nursing

Responsibilities

• Lead unit/program(s) with responsibility for recruitment and retention of staff.
• Analyze clinical and financial outcomes; deploy resources effectively.
• Promote a safe, patient‑centered care environment and uphold standards.
• Engage in shared governance and collaborate with physicians, staff and departments.
• Implement evidence‑based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure licensure, regulatory and accreditation compliance across the unit.
• Model professional practice, leadership, accountability and teamwork.
