Qualifications

• RN licensed in Georgia or approved compact license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and patient-safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide unit-level leadership to improve clinical and business outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, budget, and quality initiatives for designated unit(s).
• Lead governance activities and interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and staff.
