Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking an Ambulatory LPN in Ortho Specialty Care Noblesville. You will work closely with the physician to facilitate patient visits, assist with procedures, routine lab tests and referrals, and support back‑office care as needed.

Located at 9669 E. 146th Street, Noblesville, IN, occasional travel to other Ortho offices may be required. A recognized LPN program graduate with Indiana licensure is required; prior medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. (Required)
• Previous experience in medical office or health care setting. (Preferred)
• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

Responsibilities

• Ambulatory LPN will assist the provider of a health care site with facilitation of patient visits and procedures, routine laboratory tests, referrals, and quality outcomes for the population of the practice.
• Helps cover back-office patient care and administrative responsibilities in the event of clinician illness, approved time-off, jury duty, funeral time, times of high census, other growth needs determined/identified by practice management team.
• Ortho Specialty Care is located at 9669 E. 146th Street in Noblesville, IN. Travel to other Ortho offices is required when needed to cover for call ins or PTO.
