Community Health Network in Kokomo, IN is seeking a full-time Ambulatory Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for ENT Care. You will support the physician, facilitate patient visits and procedures, perform routine lab tests, and coordinate referrals.

The role covers back-office patient care and certain administrative tasks, with potential coverage at other ENT offices as needed. Indiana LPN licensure required; prior medical office experience preferred; day shift, no weekends.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in medical office or health care setting (Preferred).
• Licensed as an LPN by Indiana licensing authority (IPLA).
• Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or graduate from a non-accredited school with three years related nursing experience (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Assist the physician to achieve quality patient outcomes.
• Facilitate patient visits and procedures and perform routine laboratory tests.
• Process referrals and monitor quality outcomes for the patient population.
• Cover back-office patient care and administrative tasks when clinicians are unavailable; support coverage at other ENT Care offices as needed.

Ear Nose and Throat Care Kokomo has a full-time Ambulatory LPN position available at 3611 S. Reed Road, Suite 210 in Kokomo, IN. The Ambulatory LPN works hand- in- hand with the Physician to achieve quality outcomes for the patient. The Ambulatory LPN will assist the provider of a health care site with facilitation of patient visits and procedures, routine laboratory tests, referrals, and quality outcomes for the population of the practice. Helps cover back-office patient care and administrative responsibilities in the event of clinician illness, approved time-off, jury duty, funeral time, times of high census, other growth needs determined/identified by practice management team. May be asked to provide coverage to other ENT Care Offices located in Noblesville, Anderson, or Westfield.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. (Required)
• Previous experience in medical office or health care setting. (Preferred)
• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
