Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 8 Med/Surg unit on the Grand Junction campus. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the health team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN with ASN/ADN and a BSN within four years of hire unless exempt by years of RN experience in acute care. Shift differentials and relocation bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Exemptions apply for certain past-employees as of specified dates.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Coordinate with health team members to ensure quality patient care.
