Job summary

Intermountain Health's St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the care team and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan individualized care with interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and educate patient and family, coordinate education and referrals.
• Implement care and coordinate with care team, manage time and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, document accurately.
