Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an ASOTCM Instructor to lead and support training for Special Forces personnel. The role involves delivering instruction, developing doctrine, and coordinating with military and civilian partners.

The position requires travel to CONUS locations for training events and thorough safeguarding of government property. Applicants should be prepared to serve as a faculty advisor to senior NCOs and officers in managerial courses.

Qualifications

• Experience as an instructor for military or special operations courses.
• Ability to develop and write training doctrine and lesson plans.
• Strong briefing and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel for training events and MT trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform instruction as primary instructor and assist as needed.
• Research, develop and write doctrine for training programs.
• Present instruction to support Special Forces missions and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and brief both military and civilian officials.
• Prepare, execute and supervise training exercises nationwide (CONUS).
• Safeguard government property and classified materials.
• Travel to CONUS locations to support MTTs as required.

Valiant is looking for an ASOTCM Instructor to join our team!

Responsibilities And Duties

• Conduct platform instruction as the primary instructor and as alternate/assistant instructor of the lesson plans supporting the ASOTMC POI. Serve as an instructor and faculty advisor to senior Special Forces NCOs, warrant officers and officers attending the Managers Course.
• Research, develop and write doctrine.
• Present instruction to support Special Forces missions.
• Conduct coordination and brief both military and civilian officials.
• Prepare, coordinate, execute and supervise associated training exercises throughout CONUS in both urban and rural environments.
• Responsible for safeguarding all Government property and classified documents provided for use. At the close of each work period, shall secure Government equipment and classified materials entrusted to you, and act appropriately to preserve and prevent damage or loss to equipment and materials when necessary.
• Travel to CONUS locations in support of MTTs as required by the company and/or the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
