Job summary

Williams Company seeks Superintendents to lead field execution in Orlando, serving as the on-site owner and face of the project. You will drive mobilization through closeout, coordinating trades, schedules, and safety with an emphasis on quality and client relationships.

The role offers progression from Superintendent I to Senior Superintendent, with autonomy on mid- to large-scale commercial projects, advanced scheduling, and mentorship of field teams. Willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Develop and manage short-term schedules and 3-week lookaheads.
• Coordinate trades, sequencing, logistics, and site operations to keep work moving.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or quality.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and foster a culture where safety is owned by everyone.
• Lead quality control efforts, pre-installation meetings, and inspections to prevent rework.
• Hold trade partners accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as a primary field contact for clients, architects, inspectors, and project partners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Williams Company standards.
