Job summary

Vision Associates in Orlando, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a dispensary leader to guide daily operations, lead the optical team, and ensure premium patient care. This on-site role requires strong leadership, budgetary controls, and a focus on exceptional service.

You will manage inventory, staff development, coaching, and performance management while upholding safety and compliance across the dispensary.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED.
• Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.
• Strong customer service and optical retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise or ability to master in short timeframe.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and leads a dispensary staff focused on patient-centric care.
• Demonstrates superior product and process knowledge.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve mutual goals.
• Lead the team through coaching and development plans.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling and coverage for the location.
• Ensure safety programs and company policies are followed.
