Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality eye and vision care at our Orlando practice. You will diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system while collaborating with staff to uphold the brand promise and excellent patient experience.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited optometry program, state licensure, and DPA/TPA certification; proficiency with current optometric technology and practices is expected to

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified; knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to foster a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Lead and train team members using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Support brand recognition as a leading optical provider in the community.
