Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding: collect access to ad accounts, websites, business profiles and analytics, and set up each client's records.
• Act as a day to day point of contact for client scheduling and requests.
• Schedule on location shoots with clients and our content creators, and keep the production calendar current.
• Prepare monthly performance reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and analytics data, showing the leads, calls, bookings and sales each campaign produced.
• Reconcile tracked leads and sales against the outcomes defined in each client contract, and prepare monthly invoices.
• Maintain client records and communication history in our CRM.
• Keep client business profiles accurate, including hours, services and contact details.
• Check landing pages, booking forms and tracking, so every path a customer takes works and is recorded.
• Track renewals for domains, hosting and software subscriptions, and coordinate with vendors.
• Highly organized, able to keep several clients and deadlines moving at once.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM tools and online ad platforms, specifically Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Meta
• Professional, responsive communication with clients.
• Agency, marketing or client service experience
