David Weekley Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant for our Orlando Division, serving the Brevard County area. You will drive sales, build relationships with buyers and realtors, and guide customers through the home-building process.

The role requires strong communication and prospecting abilities, a high level of energy, and the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays as needed. Join a team recognized for strong growth and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience in high-end sales or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive prospecting and follow-up with prospects.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Marketing strategy experience preferred.
• High energy and enthusiasm with integrity.
• Ability to communicate loan processes clearly.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Prospect, market, and promote new business.
