Job summary

The Walt Disney Company invites applications for an Audio Systems Design Internship in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on developing audio systems for live shows, parades, and events across Disney properties, with a strong emphasis on Disney quality and creative Disney Magic.

The intern will support designers, utilize AutoCAD/Vectorworks/Q-Sys/SMAART, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-standard audio materials.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university at least one class;Disney College Program or Disney Internship eligible.
• Age 18+ and unrestricted work authorization.
• Have not completed one year of continual Disney internship/College Program.
• Compliant with Disney Look appearance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Audio System Designers in producing documentation and design intent.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Q-Sys Designer, SMAART, and speaker prediction tools.
• Assist with design and technical research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, safety, production, and facilities.
• Help prioritize, organize, and troubleshoot during installation and delivery of projects.
• Attend Disney Live Entertainment seminars and meetings.
