Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a well-established Orlando law firm to recruit a Litigation Legal Assistant. The role supports attorneys across all phases of litigation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, filing with courts, managing calendars, coordinating depositions and hearings, and handling case files. Florida rules and e-filing expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal assistant experience in a litigation environment.
• Employment law experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys.
• Draft, revise, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing.
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case schedules.
