Job summary

Catalyst West Group is seeking a Lab Technician in Orlando, FL to perform routine laboratory tasks and work with scientific equipment in a modern facility. This full-time role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $74,726 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.

You will maintain lab equipment, prepare samples, record data, and support senior staff while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or a similar scientific discipline.
Previous experience in a laboratory setting is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct various laboratory tests and experiments to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to meet industry standards.
Prepare and analyze data to support scientific research and decision-making processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for laboratory processes.
