Job summary

Margaritaville at Sea is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive revenue through phone, email, and virtual communications. The role is part-time and based in the Orlando office, with some travel to ships.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in inside sales or related roles, strong CRM and communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Relevant sales training, certifications, or professional development courses are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify potential customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers; provide timely support.
• Promote company products and services; conduct virtual demonstrations to aid purchasing decisions.
• Manage sales pipeline and track opportunities from initial contact to closing; meet sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity for reporting.
