Tavistock Restaurant Collection in Lake Nona, Orlando, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead all front-of-house and overall restaurant operations, delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage P&L, and partner with culinary leadership to execute promotions and events. The role offers competitive base salary, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities across Tavistock's expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including 3+ years as a GM.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, COGS and budgets.
• Experience building and retaining strong restaurant teams.
• Experience with openings, relaunches, lifestyle centers, or resort environments preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and overall restaurant operations for service excellence.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive repeat business.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain a high-performing team.
• Manage sales, labor, COGS, budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to hit goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus, promotions and events.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation and alcohol-service compliance.
• Build relationships with Lake Nona community and support local marketing.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and feedback.
