Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and trial preparation.
• Manage caseload and deadlines efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and legal teams.
