Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the state.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in federal and state court litigation.
• Exceptional legal writing and persuasive drafting skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients in complex commercial disputes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with excellent client service.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay updated with latest legal developments and changes in laws applicable to commercial litigation.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
