Qualifications

• Strong and persuasive legal writers and oral advocates required.
• Experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts.
• Participation in settlement conferences and trial preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage written and document discovery.
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, and court filings.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony and argue motions.
