The position requires board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics, and a track record in leadership and geriatric care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board certification or eligibility.
• Leadership experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of geriatric or family practice clinical experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and lead a care team within an outpatient, value-based clinic.
• Supervise physicians and nurse practitioners, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care.
• Champion value-based care and monitor patient outcomes to improve delivery.
• Engage in advanced leadership and clinical training programs.
