Job summary

Gobravvo seeks a Medical Director, Primary Care to lead value-based senior care in New Orleans, LA. You will oversee a small patient panel and supervise PCPs and NPs while shaping clinical operations and care delivery.

The role requires an MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in FM/IM/Geriatrics, and at least one year of geriatric or family practice experience. Leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatrics.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care for a small panel of up to 225 senior patients.
• Supervise and mentor primary care physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Implement and support value-based care initiatives.
• Participate in professional development and leadership training programs.
• Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists in areas like cardiology and podiatry.
• Ensure high-quality, respectful, and accessible care for all patients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of clinic operations and patient experience.
• Engage in local and occasional regional travel as needed.
