Qualifications

• Three+ years in infrastructure engineering, systems operations, or related field.
• Able to work with enterprise IT, facilities, vendors, and production teams to deliver reliable infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and AV/TV production environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support servers, storage, networking, and AV systems across data centers, studios, and live events.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and repair infrastructure and equipment for corporate, production, and live environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, AV, and conferencing issues during critical operations.
• Plan and execute equipment deployments for venues and temporary event locations.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, vendors, and operations to deliver improvements and refresh projects.
• Create clear technical documentation, runbooks, and change records.
