Job summary

Versant is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer in Orlando, Florida, to support, maintain, and improve critical technology across corporate and live-event environments. This role is on-site and covers servers, storage, networking, AV, and data center operations.

You will work with IT, production teams, facilities, and vendors to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions and document procedures, standards, and workflows for ongoing operations and future upgrades.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related infrastructure engineering and operations experience.
• Ability to work with enterprise IT, production teams, facilities, and vendors.
• Knowledge of AV systems, video conferencing, and display endpoints.
• Willingness to travel for multi-day events and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations across servers, storage, networking, and data centers.
• Install, configure, upgrade, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, AV, and production-support issues during live events.
• Prepare and deploy equipment at venues and mobile units for events.
• Plan and deliver technology refreshes, room builds, and operational changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and change records.
