Job summary

Universal Destinations & Experiences invites a Business Intelligence Intern to join the Commercial Analytics team in Orlando. The role emphasizes analyzing data, building reports, and delivering insights to guide business decisions.

You will gain hands-on exposure to hotel performance, marketing, and sales data, and develop skills in data visualization and governance practices with SQL and Power BI. This in-person internship runs May 2027–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Transcript required upon application.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL; experience with Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Document findings and present results in a clear, business-friendly format.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot data issues.
• Develop standardized KPI definitions and reporting metrics.
• Support self-service reporting initiatives across Commercial Analytics.
