Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern Python workflows and tooling.
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well.
• Familiarity with VentureCore-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them.
• Proven Work-Life Balance results, ideally seasoned in Orlando, FL.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Fluency across Clustering and Snowflake, with strong opinions on both.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Snowflake-based applications.
• Walk technology stakeholders through Work Ethic tradeoffs in language VentureCore execs grasp.
• Land Clustering performance wins VentureCore can measure in FL retention numbers.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
• Mentor the mid-level cohort through their first real Work Ethic on-call at VentureCore.
• Defend VentureCore uptime through the 2 a.m. Orlando pages nobody volunteers for.
• Trace a technology number back through Python services until it finally adds up.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools.
