Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an Orion / GS Growth RE PMO Lead to own the Real Estate PMO for a global portfolio, establishing governance, reporting, risk management, and decision support. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure transparency and timely steering of strategic projects across geographies.

The role requires 10+ years in PMO leadership and strong executive communication, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO leadership, or large-scale capital project delivery.
  • Proven experience coordinating complex global portfolios involving multiple stakeholders, geographies, governance structures, and interdependent projects.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project controls, risk management, governance, reporting, dashboards, and Microsoft Office or comparable enterprise project management tools.

  • Own and maintain the Orion Real Estate PMO operating model, governance framework, reporting cadence, and program controls across the global portfolio.
  • Lead the management of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions, ensuring clear ownership, due dates, and timely escalation.
  • Consolidate project status, milestones, budget performance, approvals, and key risks into executive dashboards and Steering Committee reporting packs.
  • Coordinate and align inputs across Real Estate, GS PMOs, Project Directors, Finance, Hub Operations, BSS teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive governance compliance, project controls discipline, and adherence to agreed processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Executive RE Lead and Executive Sponsor with strategic planning, executive communication, Steering Committee preparation, and portfolio-level decision support.

A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

As the Orion / GS Growth RE PMO Lead, you will be the dedicated full-time owner of the Real Estate program management office for Orion and the GS Growth portfolio. You will establish and maintain the PMO operating model, ensuring consistent governance, reporting, risk management, milestone tracking, and decision support across multiple strategic projects and geographies. Working closely with the Executive RE Lead, project directors, GS PMOs, Hub Operations, BSS, Finance, and business stakeholders, you will drive transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making. You will also prepare clear, consolidated inputs for executive governance forums and Steering Committees.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

What You Bring (requirements)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO leadership, or large-scale capital project delivery.

Proven experience coordinating complex global portfolios involving multiple stakeholders, geographies, governance structures, and interdependent projects.

Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Demonstrated expertise in project controls, risk management, governance, reporting, dashboards, and Microsoft Office or comparable enterprise project management tools.
