Qualifications

• 2+ years of software QA testing in auto-finance/lease
• 1+ year in Agile/Scrum environment
• 3+ years in credit or funding operations in auto finance/leases
• Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Experience with dealer portals (Dealertrack, RouteOne, Shaw)
• Proficiency with QA tracking tools (TestRail) and Agile tools (JIRA)
• Strong QA methodologies and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Independent yet collaborative work style

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria for sprint stories and production issues
• Validate LOS configurations, workflows, and third-party integrations (Dealertrack, RouteOne, DDS, LexisNexis)
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for originations
• Log, track, and manage defects with cross-functional teams
• Triaging requests to ensure testability and alignment with requirements
• Document and communicate test results with traceability and QA standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA insights
• Support UAT and deployment readiness for production release
• Monitor production performance post-deployment and escalate issues
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements
