Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years in Credit or Funding within auto finance
3+ years as Systems Engineer/Rules Developer/Configurations Analyst
2+ years in Agile/Scrum environment
Ability to architect complex calculations and decision logic
Strong technical writing and process-mapping skills
Experience liaising with business and tech teams and with vendors

Responsibilities

Design and implement features in the loan origination system (rules, logic, workflows)
Gather and analyze business requirements for technical solutions
Manage configuration changes with validation and testing
Resolve moderately complex system issues and production bugs
Maintain thorough documentation of configurations and changes
Lead small configuration projects within sprints
Coordinate with external vendors on non-configurable limitations
