Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of relevant laboratory or cell culture experience.
• Hands-on experience with organoids, stem cells, primary cells, or 3D cell culture systems.
• Experience with cryopreservation, biobanking, cell-based assays, microscopy, or molecular characterization.

Responsabilités

• Culture, expand, passage, and cryopreserve human organoid cell lines.
• Execute organoid NPI projects from tissue receipt through launch readiness.
• Perform organoid characterization, quality control, and functional testing.
• Develop and optimize cell culture workflows and media.
• Perform cryopreservation, cell-based assays, microscopy, and molecular characterization.
• Independently execute complex cell culture projects and troubleshoot biological systems.
• Maintain accurate experimental records and prepare technical documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and product management teams to support product development and launches.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase laboratory efficiency and production throughput.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

The Organoid Development Scientist II will support the Cell Biology R&D team in developing and commercializing organoid products. This role will lead and execute organoid New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including cell culture, expansion, characterization, cryopreservation, and quality assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Culture, expand, passage, and cryopreserve human organoid cell lines.
• Execute organoid NPI projects from tissue receipt through launch readiness.
