Responsibilities

• Notice the gap between the spec and the shipped thing.
• Coach newer managers through their first general project.
• Keep Accountability handoffs warm for Pembroke Pines partners.
• Maintain active listening as the Florida market shifts.
• Own a slice of Chevron's general mission end to end.
• Track key metrics and report findings weekly to your manager.
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they scale.
• Read Chevron's signals and reprioritize without being asked.
