Job summary

Scot Forge Company is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead talent, leadership, learning, and performance initiatives across our employee-owned organization. Based in Spring Grove, IL, you will partner with business leaders to shape development programs and drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, leadership development or related field.
• 10+ years in organizational development, talent management, training, or related discipline.
• 5+ years leading organizational change initiatives.
• Experience designing and managing performance management systems within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.
• Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational needs and deliver targeted development solutions.
• Oversee talent and performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze talent and performance data to identify trends and support workforce planning decisions.
• Evaluate and continuously improve training, leadership, and development programs.
• Support change management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage development investments to maximize business impact and long-term organizational success.
