You will lead annual talent reviews, set and assess goals, and guide organizational transformation with leaders and People Partners, while advancing culture initiatives and employee experience across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5–7 years of experience in cultural roles and/or employee experience roles.
  • Advanced college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual talent review, including assessment and succession planning.
  • Own annual goal setting and performance management process.
  • Develop and implement organizational effectiveness frameworks and provide strategic guidance.
  • Act as SME for organizational transformation and change management with leaders.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support regional culture strategy and global culture roadmap roll-out.
  • Foster AI awareness and responsible adoption in leadership.

Job Description Summary

The Organizational Development & Culture Partner leads organizational development and culture initiatives that align People strategies with business objectives. Serves as a strategic partner on talent, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee experience, and leadership development to build a high‑performing and inclusive organization.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the organization’s annual talent review, including talent assessment, succession planning, and succession readiness to strengthen organizational capability and leadership continuity.
  • Own and lead the organization’s annual goal setting and performance management process, including planning, governance, communication, execution, and continuous enhancement.
  • Drive organizational performance by developing and implementing organizational effectiveness frameworks while providing strategic guidance and consulting to Business Leaders and People Business Partners.
  • Serve as the organization’s subject‑matter expert for organizational transformation and change management by partnering with Business Leaders and People Business Partners to develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication roadmaps, and adoption approaches that enable successful and sustainable transformation.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and enable sustainable business performance by advancing leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, organizational development, and organizational effectiveness in partnership with business leaders.
  • Support the development, deployment, and continuous execution of Viega LLC’s Regional Culture Strategy and support the roll‑out of the Global Culture Roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business strategy.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by preparing leaders and employees to embrace emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), through awareness, capability building, and responsible adoption.
  • Align Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging (DIEB) initiatives with business strategy by designing, developing, and implementing programs and events (e.g., employee appreciation events) that advance Viega’s DIEB objectives and cultivate an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
  • Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous development of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) while driving initiatives that celebrate diversity, amplify under‑represented voices, and foster employee engagement, representation, and belonging.
  • Design and enhance meaningful employee experiences across the employee lifecycle by partnering with People Business Partners and other People functions to strengthen engagement, development, well‑being, and a culture of belonging.
  • Lead the organization’s Employee Engagement Survey (VPQ), including end‑to‑end project management, results analysis, executive reporting, and partnership with leaders to develop, implement, and sustain meaningful action plans.

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced college degree preferred.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in cultural roles and/or employee experience roles required; experience at a growing organization preferred.
Compensation
Total Rewards Package
  • Base: $92,836 – $121,847 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
  • This position is Professional level 3 in our career framework.
