  • Lead or support change management initiatives, including change readiness, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, leader alignment, adoption planning, resistance management, and reinforcement.
  • Apply change management, continuous improvement, process improvement, workflow redesign, Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, ADKAR, or similar methodologies to improve business outcomes and adoption.
  • Design and facilitate working sessions, leadership discussions, team effectiveness sessions, change workshops, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Support organizational readiness, organizational effectiveness, and organization design work, including role clarity, decision rights, organizational structure, operating rhythm, leader alignment, team performance, process improvement, and operating model improvement.
Create scalable tools, templates, playbooks, leader guides, communications, and resources that support enterprise-wide adoption and consistent execution.
  • Partner across organizational effectiveness, leadership development, strategic consulting, talent management, coaching, assessments, learning strategy, and enterprise learning solutions.
  • Use data, feedback, metrics, and business insight to evaluate impact, identify trends, and continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications

  • Strong consulting skills, including needs assessment, problem diagnosis, solution design, stakeholder management, and implementation support.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to lead group discussions, manage competing viewpoints, and help teams reach clear decisions.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical plans, tools, communications, leader actions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and build scalable solutions in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, sound judgment, business acumen, curiosity, and credibility with leaders and cross‑functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or formal training in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, workflow redesign, organization design, operating model design, business process improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Experience supporting enterprise change, business transformation, organizational readiness, team effectiveness, leadership development, organization design, culture, or process improvement work in a complex, multi-location organization, preferably in a publicly traded, privately held, or private‑equity‑backed company with annual revenue in excess of $3B.
