Clarios is seeking an Organizational Change Manager for its Connected Services team in Milwaukee. You will drive adoption of new technologies, behaviors, and processes, aligning with customer success goals and leadership strategies.

You will coach leaders, lead workshops, and measure impact to ensure seamless transitions and measurable improvements in customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles.
• Excellent communication, influence and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR change methodologies and related tools.

Responsibilities
