Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to develop and implement effective change strategies across programs and initiatives. You will lead plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training to drive adoption and value realization.

Ideal candidates bring experience in complex corporate environments, strong communication and analytical skills, and familiarity with ADKAR or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies within Unisys.

What success looks like in this role

The OCM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective organizational change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and projects within Unisys Corporation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.


• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
