Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management professional in the United States to lead and support complex organizational transformation initiatives. You will guide engagements, develop change strategies, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and business readiness.

  • Experience developing and executing communication and engagement plans for diverse stakeholders
  • Organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively assist in delivering engagement activities and manage deliverables
  • Work independently and partner with others to build relationships across the engagement team
  • Lead one or more tasks within a client engagement and oversee junior staff
  • Guide conversations toward effective outcomes with client and internal SMEs
  • Develop strategies to solve complex OCM challenges for clients
  • Contribute to team industry knowledge and firm initiatives
  • Lead change management components of projects and implement changes
  • Conduct user-centered research to improve customer awareness and adoption of change
  • Create content for stakeholder engagement about planned changes and program status
  • Execute change readiness surveys and assess barriers to change
  • Communicate with all levels and prepare briefings for senior executives
  • Track and report status of change programs and risks
  • Support improvement of Guidehouse change management methodologies
  • Participate in business development activities such as proposals and whitepapers

What You Will Do:
  • Proactively assist in the delivery of engagement activities and manage the completion of deliverables
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, and partner with others to develop relationships across the engagement team
  • Lead one or more tasks or work streams within a client engagement, overseeing individual contributions as well as potentially that of junior staff
  • Guide client and internal subject matter expert conversations toward effective outcomes
  • Develop strategies to solve complex OCM challenges for our clients
  • Contribute to the development of the team’s industry acumen and capabilities through contribution to internal firm initiatives
  • Lead key components of change management projects and teams to develop and implement change strategies and plans
  • Conduct user-centered research to create practical approaches to increase customer awareness and adoption of change
  • Lead the creation of content for stakeholder engagement regarding planned changes - what’s in it for me, why it matters, how it’s done, and the program's status
  • Execute change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments with stakeholder groups, analyzing results to identify barriers to change and addressing barriers through change management support
  • Communicate with all levels of an organization and prepare engaging and dynamic briefings for senior executives
  • Track and report the status of change programs, including key metrics and risks
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of Guidehouse change management methodologies and tools
  • Participate in business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials
What You Will Need:
  • No sponsorship available for this position
  • Bachelors degree with 3+(THREE) years of relevant work experience OR 7+ (SEVEN) years relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading or supporting complex organizational transformation initiatives, including large-scale business, process, technology, or workforce change efforts.
  • Communications experience creating collateral, specifically through a human-centered design (HCD) lens in creating materials such newsletters, executive briefings, and mass emails using mail merge and Send To functions within MS products
  • Experience developing change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments to identify barriers to resistance and developing plans to address barriers
  • Experience developing and executing communication and engagement plans for a wide array of stakeholders
  • Organizational and project management skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • PROSCI or CCMP certification preferred
  • Experience with previously working on tech modernization projects
  • 3 years of specific Change Management experience
