Job summary

Vanguard Renewables, based in Weston, Massachusetts, is seeking an ORF Organics Recycling Facility Operator to manage the day-to-day depackaging of incoming food waste and support facility operations.

You will work with the team lead to follow daily workflow standards, perform equipment rounds, record process parameters, and assist with maintenance and procedural documentation, while upholding health and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift.
