• Current ServeSafe certification or plan to obtain within 90 days.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Interest in organic, natural and health-focused foods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Team player with positive attitude and good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare fresh, organic foods including salads, hot bar items, sandwiches, and grab-and-go meals.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards (temperature control, proper storage, cleanliness).
• Assist with setting up, stocking, and maintaining attractive prepared foods displays.
• Label, date, and package products accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, including answering questions about ingredients and dietary options.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.
• Support other store departments as needed.
