Job summary

The role involves records reviews, interviews, and observation of operations to identify non-conformances and support continuous improvement. The Inspector provides technical assistance on inspection requirements, maintains documentation, and works across teams to uphold accreditation standards and high-quality certification

Qualifications

• Minimum 2,000 hours relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate on-site practices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections, review records, and observe facilities and operations for compliance.
• Ensure all aspects of premises, processes, and documentation meet organic and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate client files and submit inspection documentation.
• Collaborate with certification and inspection teams to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support client service by troubleshooting inspection-related issues and documenting compliance.
• Provide technical assistance on certification processes and regulations.
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally to support transparency.
• Travel extensively to conduct local and non-local inspections.
• Host and support staff during shadow inspections for training development.
