Job summary

Sfldonor seeks an Organ and Surgical Services Trainer to lead staff education across Organ and Surgical Services. The role develops annual training plans, creates internal training modules, and coordinates on-site education to maintain high competency levels.

The trainer will work with leadership to assess training needs, track progress, and ensure documentation and regulatory alignment across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related science with 2 years of Critical Care experience.
• Experience as an Organ Recover Coordinator, Donation Development Coordinator or Family Services Coordinator desired.
• Willingness to work on-call schedule and educate staff on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develops a training plan to ensure staff competency across Organ and Surgical Services.
• Creates internal modules with adult learning principles and maintains training records.
• Coordinates on-site and post-case debriefings to assess trainee progress and sign off for independent practice.
• Maintains compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
