Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, PA, or allied health.
• 2 years ICU, prehospital, or ER experience.
• CPTC certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Respond to organ donor referrals at area hospitals and evaluate potential donors.
• Allocate organs according to UNOS/OPTN policies and coordinate organ recovery.
• Travel to donor hospitals to assess potential donors.
• Coordinate and communicate with transplant centers and transport teams.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate donor records.
