Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in healthcare-related sciences.
• Two or more years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment.
• Prior experience in an OPO, transplant program, critical care, or emergency care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Allocate organs in accordance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate the allocation, recovery, and delivery of organs.
• Manage logistics for recovery teams and ensure proper chain of custody.
