You will partner with the Global Team Leader to drive cross-functional, global programs from IND through early development and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with industry experience.
• MBA or MS in a relevant field is preferred and strongly valued.
• Experience leading pharmaceutical/biotech development programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Team Leader to drive cross-functional development teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed program Gantt charts with dependencies.
• Identify interdependencies, critical paths, and risks for scenario planning.
• Create and maintain dashboards for status updates and governance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Manage budgets, spend within approved limits, and vendor interactions.
