Job summary

VSP Vision in Oregon is seeking a full-time floating Optometrist to support six practice locations, with Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. coverage. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and help patients find visual solutions across multiple sites.

Licensed O.D. with 1–3 years of clinical experience, strong communication, leadership, and business acumen fit well. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• OD degree and licensure to practice optometry.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong business aptitude and ability to deliver patient service responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric care across six Oregon practice locations.
• Perform thorough eye examinations and diagnose/manage ocular conditions.
• Help patients find visual solutions that fit their lifestyle and eye health.
• Collaborate with teams and adapt to different office workflows and EHR systems.
